2. APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS

2.1 These general terms ("Terms") apply to use of the Website, to accounts, and to all prize draws and promotional competitions run by Luxero (each a "Competition"). Separate rules published on an individual Competition page ("Competition Rules") and the stated terms of any special promotion ("Promotion Rules") also apply.

2.2 Before entry, each Competition page must clearly state the prize(s), any cash alternative, the opening and closing date and time in UK local time, entry price, maximum available entries, any individual entry limit, selection process, draw or result schedule, and any material eligibility or collection conditions. The free postal entry method must be clearly signposted on that page before any payment.

2.3 Specific Competition Rules take priority for accurately disclosed prize-specific mechanics, followed by these Terms. Promotion Rules apply to the promotion concerned but cannot remove statutory rights, reduce the fair operation of a free entry route or retrospectively deprive an entrant of a paid-for benefit.

2.4 By submitting an entry, you agree to the version of these Terms and the Competition Rules in force when that entry is accepted. We retain an accessible record of the terms applicable to each Competition. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to your disadvantage without an appropriate lawful remedy.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

3.1 Unless a Competition page expressly specifies a narrower geographical area, entry is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who are ordinarily resident in England, Scotland or Wales and have a valid deliverable address there. Entries from Northern Ireland or outside Great Britain are not currently accepted. A person must satisfy all eligibility requirements both when entering and when claiming a prize.

3.2 Directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents with a material role in designing, operating, verifying or administering a Competition, and their immediate family or household members, may not enter that Competition.

3.3 Each person may maintain one account and must enter on their own behalf. We may investigate duplicate, false or coordinated accounts; sharing a household does not automatically disqualify different genuine adult entrants unless the relevant Competition Rules expressly state a proportionate restriction.

3.4 We may request reasonable proof of identity, age, residential address and eligibility. We will explain the evidence sought and provide a fair opportunity to supply it. We may refuse or invalidate an entry where we have reasonable evidence of ineligibility, fraud, manipulation or a material breach of these Terms, and we will give an explanation where lawful and practicable.

3.5 Entry is void where prohibited by applicable law. No entrant is required to make a purchase in order to access the free postal entry route.

4. ACCOUNTS, INFORMATION AND ENTRY CONFIRMATION

4.1 An online Luxero account is required for both paid and postal entries so that we can verify eligibility, prevent duplicate allocations and display entries. Account creation itself is free of charge.

4.2 You must provide accurate full name, date of birth, email address, contact number and postal address, keep your details up to date and protect your password. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

4.3 An entry is accepted when it has been validated and its unique entry number recorded in our system. We will make the number available in your account and, where feasible, send it by email. A payment authorisation or submission of a postcard does not by itself guarantee a valid entry; any paid amount collected for an entry that is not accepted will be refunded.

4.4 Entry numbers are non-transferable. The allocation method must not disadvantage valid free postal entries compared with paid entries. We maintain records of accepted entries, allocation, time of processing and prize selection.

6. FREE POSTAL ENTRY ROUTE

6.1 Every chance-based Competition, including any qualifying Instant Win Competition, must provide a genuine free postal entry route of equal prominence to the paid entry route. No purchase, platform credit, paid membership, premium-rate communication or administration fee is required. Entrants pay only the ordinary cost of first- or second-class postage.

6.2 For each entry, send one separate, clearly legible postcard or letter by ordinary first- or second-class post, bearing: your full name; registered Luxero account email; residential postal address; date of birth; contact telephone number; exact Competition title; and the answer to any question required by the Competition Rules. Each entry must be sent separately with appropriate ordinary postage. We do not require recorded, tracked, special or premium delivery.

6.3 Address postal entries to: LUXERO COMPETITIONS LTD - FREE ENTRY, 107 Dalriada Crescent, Motherwell, ML1 3XT, Scotland. An up-to-date free entry notice must appear clearly on each relevant Competition page.

6.4 Postal entries must be received at that address by the published closing date and time. We will allow a reasonable open period for ordinary postal delivery, maintain a documented collection and logging procedure, and promptly process qualifying entries received in time. We will not impose an earlier effective postal deadline or manipulate ticket availability to defeat free participation.

6.5 For each valid postal entry we allocate an eligible entry number using the same fair allocation principles, entry limits and prize eligibility as the paid route. Each valid entry, paid or free, has the same chance of winning every prize available to that entry type. We will notify the entrant of the recorded number by account and, where feasible, email.

6.6 Postal applications for Instant Win Competitions participate directly in the same eligible instant-prize allocation process as paid applications. We will not substitute site credit for access to the same prize opportunities. The instant allocation and postal processing systems must be operated so that receipt by post does not produce a structurally less favourable chance of an instant prize.

6.7 Entries arriving after the published closing date are not entered into that closed Competition. We do not promise replacement credit for late post. If an administrative error wrongly excluded an eligible timely postal entry, we will investigate, correct it before the draw where possible and provide a fair remedy consistent with consumer law.

6.8 We may decline illegible, unverifiable, incomplete, duplicated or otherwise invalid postal submissions, but will not reject an entry merely because it used the free route. Where reasonably possible, we will notify the sender and explain the issue.

7. OPENING, CLOSING DATES AND AVAILABILITY

7.1 Each Competition opens and closes on the fixed dates and times displayed on its Competition page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all times are UK local time (GMT or BST as applicable). The countdown is indicative; the recorded published time governs in the event of a display discrepancy.

7.2 The closing date will not be extended, and a Competition will not be cancelled or its advertised prize reduced, because too few entries have been sold or the promoter has not met a sales or revenue target. No minimum percentage of paid tickets sold is required for the stated main prize to be awarded.

7.3 A published maximum entry allocation and the individual entry limit will be respected. We will administer availability so that postal entrants have a genuine opportunity to participate within the published window, including when online paid allocations are approaching a limit.

7.4 A Competition may be suspended, extended only as strictly necessary, or cancelled for genuinely exceptional events that materially compromise fairness, security, legality or delivery, such as a serious technical failure, natural disaster, proven fraud or a binding legal restriction. Low ticket sales alone is not an exceptional event. We will explain any change promptly, preserve evidence and apply the remedy in section 13.

7.5 Where at least one valid entry exists and the Competition can lawfully proceed, the advertised main prize will be awarded in accordance with these Terms, regardless of paid entry volume. When there are no eligible entries whatsoever, no winner can be drawn; any monies received for invalid or unaccepted entries will be refunded.

8. FINAL RANDOM DRAW AND AUDIT TRAIL

8.1 For each standard Competition, the final draw will take place after the closing date, after all timely valid postal entries have been logged, and in any event within 7 calendar days of closing unless the Competition page clearly states a shorter committed period. Draws will not occur before the next working day after closing where postal entries must be reconciled.

8.2 The draw uses an auditable random selection mechanism that produces verifiably random results, or is conducted under independent supervision where the selected method does not provide independently verifiable randomness. We keep the eligible entry pool, relevant software or provider information, outcome and audit records. We will not describe any RNG as independently certified unless that certification exists and remains valid.

8.3 Only accepted eligible entry numbers are included. The same selection rules and probability apply irrespective of whether the number was generated from a paid entry or a free postal entry. Any advance rules about multiple prizes and whether a person can win more than once will be stated on the Competition page.

8.4 Where practicable, we will publish a draw date and make the draw available live or by recording, followed by a winners/results announcement. A broadcast failure does not invalidate a demonstrably fair, audited draw; we will publish the result and explain any material issue.

8.5 If a selection is invalid due to a substantiated error or ineligible winner, a replacement will be selected fairly from the remaining eligible entries using the same auditable method. We will record and explain any redraw.

9. INSTANT WIN COMPETITIONS

9.1 Where a Competition offers Instant Win prizes, its page will explain the instant-win mechanism, the number and nature of instant prizes, how qualifying entry numbers are allocated, whether an entry is also included in a separate final draw, and any remaining published prize quantities.

9.2 Before entries are accepted, instant-winning positions or an equivalent verifiably random allocation method must be established and securely recorded. Eligible numbers obtained through either paid or postal routes will be allocated fairly using equivalent rules; no route may be intentionally favoured.

9.3 An instant prize is revealed promptly when a winning number is assigned and processed. We will show the prize and how to claim it in the entrant account and/or notify the entrant by email as soon as practical. We may verify identity and eligibility before delivering the prize.

9.4 If an entry also qualifies for a final main draw, winning an instant prize does not remove that entry from the final draw unless a clear rule published before entry states otherwise. The prize pool, entry conditions and any limits must be displayed clearly.

9.5 Any instant-win randomisation, prize assignment and distribution will be recorded so that fairness can be verified or independently audited where required by the CAP Code. We will not assert that all instant prizes are guaranteed to be claimed; we will disclose which prizes were made available and the winning-entry claims process.

9.6 We do not accept credit-card payments for Instant Win Competitions. Free postal entries retain a direct opportunity to receive any applicable instant prize rather than site credit instead of the prize allocation.

10. BONUS PRIZES, MILESTONES AND PROMOTIONAL PRIZES

10.1 A Competition may advertise additional bonus draws, threshold-triggered prizes, multiple winners or other promotions. Each such feature must have separate clear published rules setting out the prize, qualifying entries, objective trigger or date, selection process and notification.

10.2 A threshold used for an additional pre-disclosed bonus promotion does not postpone the published closing date or affect the obligation to award the main prize. We will not change a published bonus mechanism retrospectively to disadvantage entrants.

10.3 Any bonus draw or prize selection using chance will use the same fairness standards, including a genuine opportunity for eligible free entries where applicable. We will retain records of when a threshold was reached and which entries qualified.

10.4 If a Competition does not include a bonus or instant-prize feature, these sections do not create an additional prize entitlement.

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION, CLAIMS AND VERIFICATION

11.1 We aim to notify a potential winner within 2 working days after a final draw or promptly after an instant-prize result, using their recorded contact details. We will make reasonable repeated attempts using at least two available methods where practicable.

11.2 A potential winner must respond within 14 calendar days of our first notification, unless a longer period is specified or circumstances reasonably require an extension. We will explain how to claim and provide a fair chance to correct missing information. A prize will not be forfeited automatically after a single unsuccessful contact attempt.

11.3 We may require reasonable evidence of age, identity, address and prize-claim eligibility and may carry out proportionate fraud, sanctions and legal compliance checks. We will handle this information under our Privacy Policy and will not impose an undisclosed fee as a condition of claiming a prize.

11.4 If a winner does not respond after reasonable efforts and the stated claim period, materially fails verification or refuses the prize, we may arrange a clearly documented redraw or other fair method specified in the Competition Rules, subject to applicable law. We will explain the outcome and retain the record.

11.5 We will not withhold a prize for reasons unrelated to published eligibility conditions, and the promoter will not use discretion arbitrarily or unfairly to avoid making a valid award.

12. PRIZES, DELIVERY AND CASH ALTERNATIVES

12.1 The prize description on each Competition page defines the advertised prize, including key specifications, condition (new or used), accessories, currency, and any cash alternative. Images may be illustrative only where clearly disclosed; material details must be accurate.

12.2 Prizes will ordinarily be dispatched, transferred or made available for collection within 30 calendar days of verification and acceptance, unless a clearly displayed later deadline applies to a particular prize or delay is reasonably beyond our control. We will keep the winner informed of a material delay.

12.3 Unless stated otherwise, we arrange delivery of physical prizes to an eligible Great Britain address at our cost. Winners are responsible only for clearly disclosed additional expenses such as insurance, ongoing maintenance or optional extras.

12.4 Where a motor vehicle is the prize, its age, mileage, history and known material condition will be disclosed before entry. The vehicle will have a valid MOT where legally required and be supplied with the documents reasonably necessary to transfer ownership. Road tax, future insurance, fuel and operating costs are the winner's responsibility unless the Competition Rules state they are included.

12.5 A cash alternative is available only where expressly published in the individual Competition Rules, or where exceptional impossibility of supplying the advertised item means a reasonable alternative is required. The published cash amount or clear valuation method will apply. We will not reduce the value because of low entry sales.

12.6 Cash prizes are ordinarily paid in pounds sterling by bank transfer to an account lawfully held by the verified winner, subject to reasonable identity and financial-crime checks. We will not deduct an undisclosed claim or administration fee.

12.7 If the advertised prize becomes genuinely unavailable due to events beyond our control, we will consult the winner and offer a reasonable substitute of equal or greater value or an appropriate cash alternative; statutory remedies remain unaffected.

12.8 Tax treatment depends on each winner's circumstances and any applicable law. We will not describe a prize as universally "tax free" unless the claim can be substantiated. Winners may obtain independent tax advice.

13. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND ERRORS

13.1 A valid accepted Competition entry is generally not refundable merely because an entrant changes their mind or does not win, except where a refund is required by law, a Competition is cancelled or the entrant qualifies under another express refund rule. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

13.2 If we cancel a Competition without awarding its advertised prize, we will refund the amount paid for all affected paid entries in full to the original payment method wherever practicable, and communicate the cancellation and expected timing. Free entries have no entry fee to refund; we will explain how they are affected. Site credit will not be imposed as the sole remedy in place of a monetary refund.

13.3 We will refund payments for duplicate charges, erroneous charges, payments for unaccepted or invalid entries caused by our systems, or a material promoter error, as required by law. Requests may be emailed to contact@luxero.win. We will assess them fairly using payment and entry records.

13.4 Where we reasonably suspend a Competition due to a critical technical, security or legal event, we will safeguard valid entries and notify affected entrants. If a fair completion cannot be achieved, we will cancel and provide refunds under clause 13.2 rather than retain paid entry fees without awarding the promised prize.

13.5 Refunds will normally be initiated within 14 calendar days after a cancellation decision or agreement to refund, subject to the practical timelines of banks and payment providers. If the original method cannot be used, we will arrange another secure lawful method after verification.

13.6 Chargeback requests and payment disputes may be investigated using records. We will not penalise a consumer merely for raising a good-faith complaint, exercising a statutory right or contacting their payment provider.

14. RESPONSIBLE PARTICIPATION AND PROTECTIONS

14.1 Competitions are for adults aged 18 or over. Participation must not be promoted as a way to address debt, improve financial security, replace employment or solve personal difficulties. You should only spend what you can comfortably afford.

14.2 We operate reasonable age-verification checks and participation monitoring and will provide a means to set a monthly spending limit, including a zero limit. Limits apply across our prize draw products; we will not knowingly permit entries that exceed the effective limit. A customer may request a lower limit through customer support.

14.3 We will not accept credit card payments exceeding GBP 250 per participant per calendar month across our prize draw products, including credit cards funded through intermediaries where reasonably identifiable; in any event, credit card payments are not permitted for Instant Win Competitions.

14.4 You may request a temporary suspension for at least six months or permanent account closure by contacting contact@luxero.win or via any available account controls. During a suspension, we will prevent further participation and stop promotional marketing, while retaining information where legally required.

14.5 We may intervene proportionately where participation suggests potential harm, including by sending welfare information, discussing spending limits, restricting payment, or suspending an account. This does not affect prize claims arising from previously valid entries except where an applicable law requires otherwise.

14.6 For free, independent support about financial difficulties or mental wellbeing, see Citizens Advice, National Debtline, Money Advice Trust or Samaritans. Additional information should be published on our Responsible Play page.

15. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES AND REFERRALS

15.1 Discount codes, referral rewards, free bonus entries, loyalty offers and leaderboard prizes are subject to separately published Promotion Rules stating the qualifying activity, reward, duration, eligibility, exclusions, limits and any objective tie-break rules.

15.2 Referral qualification must reflect genuine, consenting eligible new participants and may exclude fraudulent, self-referring, duplicate, refunded or cancelled qualifying activity. We will state clearly when a referral reward becomes final and to which Competition it applies.

15.3 Unless otherwise stated, promotional credits cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred and may expire on a date stated before issue; their use will not remove a participant's right to enter a qualifying chance-based Competition free by post.

15.4 We will not change an earned, valid reward retrospectively without a compelling lawful reason. Any announced cash prizes for a monthly referral leaderboard will have published objective rankings, dates and claim procedures.

16. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS AND PUBLICITY

16.1 To demonstrate that a valid award took place, we will publish or make reasonably available information about major winners, ordinarily surname and county and the winning entry number, where lawful and appropriate.

16.2 At or before entry, we will tell entrants that winner information may be published or supplied on request. A winner may object to publication or request reduced identifying information by contacting contact@luxero.win. We will consider such requests and may still be required to provide relevant information confidentially to the Advertising Standards Authority where challenged.

16.3 Any interview, photograph, video appearance, social-media filming or testimonial beyond proportionate disclosure of a prize award will require separate informed agreement and will not be an undisclosed condition of receiving the prize.

16.4 We may publish anonymised or appropriately limited draw details and maintain a winners/results section of the Website, subject to privacy and data-protection obligations.

17. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

17.1 We process personal information to administer accounts and Competitions, confirm entries, check eligibility, prevent fraud, select winners, deliver prizes and comply with our legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy at https://www.luxero.win/privacy provides further information about lawful bases, recipients, retention and your rights.

17.2 We do not assume that participation alone means you consent to unrelated marketing. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn. Marketing opt-outs and suppression requests will be respected.

17.3 We comply with applicable UK data-protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.

18. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

18.1 The Website and its text, graphics, designs, logos and software are owned by or licensed to Luxero and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the Website for your personal lawful participation, not to copy or commercialise our materials without permission.

18.2 You must not attempt to bypass security, deploy bots or scripts to gain unfair entries, interfere with other users, submit malicious code, scrape restricted data, impersonate another person or manipulate an entry pool.

18.3 If you submit optional content, you retain ownership of your rights and grant us only a non-exclusive permission reasonably necessary to administer the relevant Competition or, with any further permission required, to use that content in publicity. We will not assume an unrestricted perpetual marketing licence merely from entry.

18.4 Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Their separate terms may apply and we are not responsible for their independent content, except to the extent required by law.

19. TECHNICAL FAULTS, SECURITY AND LIABILITY

19.1 We will use reasonable skill and care to run the Website and Competitions reliably. If a fault affects entry processing or selection integrity, we will investigate, preserve records and provide a fair corrective measure. We are not responsible for a user's own failure to complete an entry or use accurate contact information, but this does not exclude liability for our errors.

19.2 We may take proportionate steps to protect the platform against fraud, unauthorised access or serious misuse, including temporary restrictions, account review or suspension. We will not arbitrarily cancel genuine entitlements.

19.3 We are not liable for unforeseeable or indirect losses that cannot legally be recovered. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that law does not permit us to exclude or restrict.

19.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes any applicable statutory rights or legal remedies available to a consumer. A severe external event does not, by itself, entitle us to retain a paid entry fee where the relevant prize cannot be awarded and a refund is required.

20. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

20.1 Please send a complaint to contact@luxero.win, call +44 744 3289228 or write to our registered office. Include your account email, Competition name, entry number (if available), a summary of the issue and the desired remedy.

20.2 We will acknowledge a written complaint within 5 working days where practicable and aim to provide a reasoned response within 20 working days. If an investigation requires longer, we will explain the cause and provide a progress update.

20.3 If unresolved, you may request escalation to a senior company representative. We will explain any available independent or alternative dispute resolution route applicable to the type of dispute. This does not prevent you from seeking assistance from Citizens Advice, Trading Standards or the competent courts.

20.4 We will retain complaint records and review recurring issues to improve fairness, consumer protection and compliance.

21. CHANGES, GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT

21.1 We may amend these Terms for future entries and will display the updated date and version on the Website. Changes required to correct errors, protect security or comply with law will be communicated proportionately. We will not use a retrospective change to undermine the fair expectations of valid existing entrants.

21.2 If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue so far as legally effective. Only the parties to these Terms may enforce them, except where law otherwise provides.

21.3 These Terms are governed by Scots law, subject to mandatory rights and protections afforded to consumers in their country of residence. Consumers resident in England, Wales or Scotland retain the right to bring proceedings in a competent court to the extent allowed by applicable law; nothing here imposes an unlawful exclusive forum.

21.5 This version is dated 24 October 2026. Any previous valid entries remain governed by the terms made available at the time of acceptance, subject to applicable law.
